Vodacom 4U didn’t just need a "better looking" website. It needed a smoother path from browsing to action.

The existing Vodacom 4U website was starting to feel outdated compared to competitor platforms. While the brand was strong, the digital experience didn’t fully reflect that same energy or make the customer journey as clear as it could be. Customers needed a simpler way to move from exploring devices to finding the right deal and submitting their interest.

My approach started with competitor analysis to understand what other websites were doing well and where Vodacom 4U could improve. From there, I identified useful design and journey elements that could strengthen the experience, and then adapted them for the 4U website while still following the brand guidelines. The focus was on creating a more modern, user-friendly flow without losing the Vodacom 4U look, feel, and personality.

The final concept delivered a cleaner, more contemporary website experience that better supports how customers browse, compare, and engage online. By combining a stronger visual direction with a more intentional user flow, the revamped site creates a digital experience that feels more aligned with the Vodacom 4U brand and more useful for customers ready to take the next step.
